QUOTES / PRICES

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax or shipping. Prices and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice. Please call for confirmation of all quotes after two weeks from the issue date.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

USA: Pre-payment, A.C.H., Wire Transfer, American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard Paypal. International: Interbank Wire Transfer, Money Order, Certified Check, American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard. Wire Transfers are subject to a service charge. Checks returned for any reason are subject to a service charge. Open Terms can be arranged for qualified accounts after credit review. For Prepay customers: payments must be received within two (2) weeks of order placement.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

All products customized under a Technical Support Request (TSR) are final and cannot be returned for credit. All products can be customized per your requirements. Allow additional 2-3 weeks for customization.

CANCELLATIONS

Purchase Orders cannot be canceled except with our consent. Cancellation is subject to a service charge. Cancellations of custom orders and/or special order items are subject to a service charge.

SHIPPING

All prices are based on EXW (Ex Works), Placentia, California, or EXW (Ex Works), Bend, Oregon. All orders are shipped via the “best” shipping method (i.e., Unishippers) unless the customer specifies the shipping method or requires special handling. All open account orders are billed Prepay & Bill. For all prepay orders, shipping is prepaid. Shipping weights indicated in product literature are approximate and subject to change.

DELIVERY

All efforts are made to ship orders as specified on purchase orders. Most stock items ship within two weeks of receipt of the order. One (1) drop shipment address is allowed per purchase order. Hoofway is not responsible for shipping carrier delays or delivery failure.

 

BACKORDERS

Partial orders are shipped as soon as the product is available unless the purchase order or customer specifies ship complete.

 NON WARRANTY REPAIRS

If a product is out of warranty, a repair charge is required. Hoofway will repair the product after the customer has approved the prepaid repair cost.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

All returns require approval. Click the Return Material Authorization (RMA) button above, complete the form and submit it to HOOFWAY for an RMA number. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Only items returned in their original condition may be accepted. RMA numbers are valid for seven (7) days from the issue date. Items returned for credit are subject to the following restocking charges:

 

  • Products may not be returned for credit after two (2) weeks from purchase.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • All returns must be in new condition.
  • All custom product orders involving a Technical Support Request (TSR) or orders for customer-specific products are final, are not cancellable and are not returnable for credit.
